Ok, this may be a little confusing, but just follow me here

I got the scanner from Alex (the link Stolon posted above). It worked great until it stopped working completely. I'm fairly positive the unit is bad since I've been troubleshooting it with help from Alex and fellow CEG'ers. If I can't get it working on my own, Alex said I can ship it back to him and he'll test it. It has a two year warranty, so if its bad Alex will replace it.
So, what I'm trying to say is that you can buy with confidence from Mr. Peper. He's there to help and will stand behind his product. Even with the problems I've had I would recommend his scanners and software without hesitation.
