By reading previous posts, there is no doubt I'm in need of a window regulator. My question is if the regulator and motor are all one part. The local dealership sells it as a complete unit for $170.

i had to get the complete unit for my car, the only thing wrong with it was the cable in the bow and arrow shaped configuration of the window regulator part... the cable was pulled through the plastic and frayed .... the motor was still good, it listed for $160 and i got it for $120 or so.. still too damn high......
just hang on to the old parts and then years later if you need a motor then you have one...

Same exact thing that happened to mine.

Hit up Joe or Terry at Sentry South Lincoln Merc in Boston (1.800.282.2290) (Listed in the parts section) . Tell 'em you're a CEG'er and they'll ship it to you at wholesale. Got mine for $126 to my door (when my regulator bit it). Good luck!

P.S. Where in GA? I used to live in ATL.
