I just installed sidemarkers on my Mystique. And damn are they bright.

What do I need to do to dim them down? I'm thinking it needs a resistor? But I have no idea what value to look for.

Well, start with something big so that it won't be a huge difference. I dont know what you would want to go with but you gotta remember those Bulbs require 12v. They might malfunction being under powered.

Here's the recipe.
Using this will leave your side markers on half bright then full bright flashing when the turn signals on. This is what I have on my side markers.

I wired my sidemarkers similar to bk4293. 10-20ohm and at least 10W resisters. I got mine from Radio Shack. Dim with Park, bright when blinking.
