My Little Bro was up at Ferris last night, they're driving home, he's had way to much to drink, so he lets his buddy drive, who said he was ok to drive. Well they get pulled over. Cops give his buddy a DUI (0.10 blood alcohol level), and charge my drunk brother with a Misdemeanor for allowing someone over the legal limit to drive his vehicle.. WTF? I did look and it is against the law for allowing anyone with a .10 or higher to drive your vehicle, but how the heck are you supposed to know. Weird, anyone heard of this before..

Well neither of them should have been driving, thats the fact of the matter. BTW good luck with those DUI's, they are a PITA. Never had to deal with them, but when I got my drag racing ticket I was looking for a lawyer. They all say its hard to fight.

Yeah, DUI you're prety much screwed with I know that, plenty of friends have them. I just had never heard of anyone getting a ticket for allowing someone drive your car who turned out to be drunk. Just weird to me, how are you supposed to tell if your buddy is drunk (the kid first blew a .08, then a .10 15 minutes later). Especially if he says he's fine and is acting normal.
