Any techniques on removing the plastic fastener that holds the TPS wiring to the bolt of the trottle body? I assume you just pry it off but I don't want to break it!
If you mean the plastic stand-off clip; that just snaps in place on the threads. The electrical connector has a locking tab that has to be released before pulling the connector apart.
No guarantees here, if I look at plastic it breaks.
No, actually on the TBS wire is a molded plastic piece that fits over the threads on the TB! That holds the wire for the TBS in place! That is how it is on my vehicle! The top left(front) bolt has a plastic piece that holds the wire in line not the actual connector!

I ordered one off the internet. I won't need it for my TB conversion. The how-to said I needed it, but I don't. If you want it, you can purchase it from me.
