I dunno if anyone else on the board has heard of the gumball 3000 , but its a bunch of rich fellas that get together in new york and drive all the way to california (thus 3000 miles) but these cars they are driving average in price of about 300,000 or so, anything from TVR's to ferrari's to lamborghini's to porsche, ect any exotic car you can think of. Well, it just so happens as I was goin down I-10 riding shotgun in my girlfriends exotic green sunfire that I noticed a very precise handling car hauling ass and switching lanes like it was no ones business, turned out to be the lead ferrari from the gumball 3000, with this at my attension I told her to pull over so I could take some pictures with my kodak all in one peice of [censored] 11 dollar camera, so she pulled over and it was just in time to catch a few more ferraris and an escalade . I took some pictures but this camera sucked Azz so they turned out a lil blurry, or maybee it was just because the cars were going so freakin fast. Also turns out one of my school buddies from UTI was riding in a black NSX with them.
I will post pics soon

Are you sure that Escalade was with the Gumball or just happened to get in with the crowd? Seems like it doesn't really belong with the Ferrari's and Porsche's...
EDIT: BLING BLING!!

No it was definantly in the gumball, all the cars that participate are deked out in stickers and numbers on the side of the cars. It was so awesome to see porsches and ferraris hauling ass throught baytown, it was just crazy!!!!

I love the old Cannonball Run movies (of which I have one on DVD); it'd be great to see something like that in real life. I wonder if the Gumball 3000 is anything like the movies. Some of that stuff cracks me up.

See I own the first gumball run on dvd . they put it out after they complete the run. What I do know is that everynight they have a check point which is some nice hotel and they party all night then start off again and they do this for 5 days, with a few stops along the way at tourist sites and stuff, like the grand canyon and such.

Oh, so they make their own DVD's, do they? How much does one of those typically run? My gf's brother would love to see that, as would I.

Hopefully not nearly as much as it costs to enter it!
