My goal was to be able to run my fogs with my highs on also. Lights up real nice on a dark backroad then. Put your fogs on and then pull your passing switch and you'll see what I mean.  Jim

I'm pissed now. I tried doing the foglight only mod and I broke the damn switch. Now I need a new switch. I lost the small ball that went on it. You probably have better mechanical knowledge than I do about it.

I think this was the 'fogs as DRL' mod. It was probably pulled because too many people had trouble doing it correctly due to different wire colors, relay types, etc. I've had mine wired this way for years now and think it's the best light mod. It even prevents the fogs from being on when the brights are on. (Illegal to have more than 4 forward lights in many states/provinces.)

im tryin to do the mod but i want it done right where the fogs go off when you go to high beams can anyone help me...also if i can turn the fogs on without having to turn the parking lights or head lights on that would be great...thanks
