hey guys and gals just wanted to remind you to PLEASE USE THE DIRECTIONS THAT ARE POSTED IN THE STICKY THREAD to get to the park in franklin....
reason being is that there is a festival going on in downtown franklin saturday,and parts of downtown will be closed down to traffic....i have come up with this route to the park as a means to avoid the downtown area....it is a little out of the way,but is the easiest way to get there and avoid the festival.....
if you use mapquest or something similiar,they will probably map you through downtown,and that will totally screw up getting there.....just thought i'd give a heads up on this to avoid any problems getting to the park....the way i've mapped out is the best way considering the circumstances.....
please feel free to pm me or email me,if you need any more info regarding the directions...also feel free to call our cell if you have any trouble trying to get there on saturday the # is (615)585-1577.....

Remember, if you're coming to columbia to see the vintage muscle Fords:
From I65 exit 37 (hwy50 ) west to Columbia (about 9 miles), north on hwy 31 to 6th St., right one block, look to the far left corner for horny Fords.
From I - 840 or Nashville, take I - 65 south to exit 53 (Saturn Pkwy) west to US 31 south, about 6- 8 miles into Columbia, look for numbered streets. Turn left on 6th St , go one block, look to the far left corner for other angry Fords.
When we leave Columbia we'll take a spirited drive north to meet the other CEGers at the park.

Eric,
From Chattanooga you'll probably come up I - 24 west.
Exit I - 840 west to I - 65 south, exit 53 west (Saturn Pkwy) to US 31 south, go about 6-8 miles, look for numbered streets. Turn left on Sixth St., go one block and look to the far left corner.
