Well unfortunately I don't own a Mystique anymore and I will not have a chance of getting mine back.....Back a couple of months ago I was backing out of my driveway my mistake shifted like a bastard into reverse and tore the innerworkings and trans case to shreds.... I called the dealer who was reluctant to talk about it even though i had just bought it and was still paying him for it.... After a heated discussion we came to an agreement that I would not pay the next payments and he would come pick up the car and fix it , taking the cost as unfair as it is to the end of the paying term.... well 2 months the car sat crippled in the driveway ...and finally late on a friday night while noone was home they "repoed" the car..... They had the car since January and last week they got it finished....So I went to the dealer to work out how we were going to pay for it.... and the stone face backstabbing motherfuc&#$ told me that Iowe him 1000 dollars cash to get my car back due to unpaid payments and the cost of the trans I let him keep the car and my mom consulted a lawyer to help us get our money that we put up for the car back....Til then I bought A busted Black Sable and i will still be showing to the nashville meet so I can eye all the beautiful contours

I had the samething happen to me several months ago. The car lot agreed to fix the car for me, they actually offered! They told me that if I wanted, I could skip the next payment or two and it would not cause any problems. They would add the cost of the repair to my overall bill. I flat refused to skip the payments just because of what you are going through. I was so scared that I would not get my car back. I knew that as long as I was still paying them and paying them on time, there was nothing they could do.

I hope everything works out for you and sorry about the bad luck.
