Hey, need a bit of advice here. Got in tonight, cut the car off, was in the house for maybe 10 minutes, and was going to run back out. Got in the car and she won't fire, the engine turns, but won't fire. I was low on gas, but not out, I even put more in from a gas can. I have looked through my Haines manual, service cd, and the list of possibles is long. Does anyone have an idea of what it could be before I go out and drop a ton of money on replacing parts.

Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks.

how low were you? fuel sensor can get dirty and you actually may have less than you think and problems can occur if you run a car dry, but it should have stumbled b4 u turned it off. could be a lotta things causing it. not sure where to start. i know it's fuel injected, but this sometimes works. you try giving it some gas while cranking? do keep doing it or it'll flood, just try it once.

I tried that before I posted, checked the fuel kill switch, checked the plugs & wires, checked all the fuses. At this point, I'm thinking fuel pump or coil. I've seen a coil die like that, but never a fuel pump. I was low, about on the "E" mark, but no studdering, nothing.
