maybe its got the new jackson racing supercharger that just came out. (how much power do those things add anyway?)

yeah...all wrx's are turbo. i think there are autos, probly mostly for the wrx wagon. non turbo = 2.5rs

It seems to be bringing the wheel HP to about 205. Its a mild setup that runs at around 5 psi. It only runs about $2700 dollars too. I want one.

There are more agressive setups coming out but pretty much everything has to be specifically made for the FSVT as far as turbochargers and superchargers go. The stuff for other Zetec based engine does not work outright. So right now more products are starting to come out for the FSVT.

About a 55 HP gain! That HAS to be badass on a nice light hatch.

according to car and driver, curb weight is 2600-2750 lb. Not that light.

well.. on second thought, maybe it is. about 500 pounds lighter than a contour, is that right?


now officially a troll, i guess. used to have a black 96 SE, until it broke down one too many times. now I'm hunting for a motorycle.

About 400 lbs less then the SVT IIRC.

Iirc, Demon has just under 200fwhp and runs mid-14s. Minus a few hundred lbs (demon is lighter than stock) and add a few more whp and you have a high 13 second focus.

FWIW, all WRX's are turbo. They do come as manual or auto. The wagon is 600lbs heavier than the sedan. And if you don't place the accelerator through the floor boards 3-4 seconds before you want it to move, a Hyundai could make you look bad.

WRX's are fun, but the CSVT is more funner
