My CEL has been coming on for some time now. I've done a number of tune-up type things along with some of the other fixes posted here. I've done the TB cleanout, new plugs and wires, a new MAF sensor, a new EGR valve, a new IAC motor and a new fuel filter. The O2 sensors have approximately 10 to 15k on them. I keep having the “fast to slow” idle problem with cooler weather. I just checked for a fault code and I believe the readout is 176. Which though the Hayes manual says "Oxygen sensor- Mixture too weak". I'm not sure were to go from here. The dealer has been of little help (except to lighten my wallet). Any suggestions would be helpful.

V6 right??? Double check the accordian hose and all connections between the MAF and
TB to make sure there are no air leaks. Some CEGrs have had good luck pulling and cleaning the O2 sensors. Yours sounds pretty new to be failing. The idle problem you mentioned sounds like an air leak, which if its before the MAF, could cause a lean condition. (The sensors might acutally be telling the truth!) Look for any splits or cuts in the hoses and all the connections on the intake. When you cleaned the TB, did you replace the gasket?

Yes, its' V6. I did install a new gasket when I did the TB clean out. I'll check around for air leaks and maybe I'll try pulling the O2 sensors to clean them but that will have to wait for warmer weather. Thanks
