I'd call Bill J when he gets back, or go to the fordpartsonline website and order it. When you take the door panel off to replace the grill, I noticed that the grill's tabs where melted to hold the grill in there. Since I didn't have a heat gun, nor did I want to try melting anything, I just stuck my grill in the holes and it's stayed ever since.
