is it lowered? the front looks a little low

Yes, it is lowered with H&R springs. Here are some closeups of the wheel gap in case anyone is considering using these springs:  Thanks for the comments! She has about 80,000 on her.

I didn't! That's how I got the car. The previous owner must have done it... it is usually on the trunklid, huh? That is weird. I never noticed that before.
The tires should be the same size.

Has your car ever been hit in the back? Long shot, but that could explain the relocated SVT badge. They just sick them where they think they go sometimes  -chris PS, the car is lookin good.
