i dont want it dropped too much, im getting a body kit and rims with bigger tires (i got like 175s now !) i DONT want it too low, roads suck here, and i deliver pizzas. my suspension is shot, at least i think it is, i have mad bodyroll and when i hit a nice dip in the road, the car bounces up and down a few times. im looking for struts/springs. maybe swaybars, maybe strut tower braces, and what should i look for to replace taht could also be worn?

The BAT kit would be nice, or check the classifieds for some used Roush springs, they dont lower the car too much.
Some ST200 or BAT struts with them would be a nice combo.
Dont worry about a front strut brace, its only for looks.

if you're not lookin for too much of a drop get the Roush springs (are those still available) and some ST200 struts...cheap combo and better than worn struts and high mileage springs

I searched and searched. I finally decided on the Eibach's and ST200's Not slammed, but a nice drop to add 17's to.

That's shot all right! 
There's several spring options that won't lower your car too much. Then go and add the best possible struts you can afford. Konis if you can, you'll enjoy them a LOT. If not, then some ST200s would be a good OEM-style replacement, many people use them.
Check all bushings and address that while you're at it. If you can, toss in a rear sway bar. Add a rear strut bar if you've got extra $. But don't skimp on the struts!!

cant do a rear strut bar, i got subs  the st200/roush sounds good, although its fun bounging up and down ! (but not fun taking bends!)

once you do the springs/struts, definitely get a bigger rear sway bar. It helps out a lot, get poly bushings wherever you can. I got my svt rear sway bar for $25 shipped, it was the best suspension mod per $ that I could have done.

does anybody know about the Ground Control Coil Over Adjustable Suspension Kit offered on SP Motorsports? i have an SVT with 17"s and want it a little lower. is it worth it or should i just go struts and springs?

If you want to just lower it a little, save the money and just get springs/struts. If you want adjustability and a straight rate spring ride, go ground control!

the complete kit is only $419, that's for front and back and can be used with stock struts. what will the ride quality be? close to stock or pretty bouncy?
i want it as close to stock as possible. i don't want my man boobs to jiggle!
