It says outside of Dollywood. That is likely anywhere inside of Pigeon Forge.
All in all, if construction is of good quality, depending on your area, $150,000 for a 1,210 sqft home can be a pretty good deal. And the fact that it is natural disaster resistent is a big plus too and probably would do wonders for your insurance premiums.

it's actually a very old idea. you can pick up the older planes for cheaper than what they have them for and all you needis the land. there was a thing about it on TLC and these people had fixed them up real nice and one guy even made a boat out of his.
