does anybody know what it sounds like when the release barings are going bad. im trying figure out what the sound is coming from my clutch.

Sound? well one sign is when there is brake fluid dribbling out the bellhousing. When I had a bad one that was going out, the clutch pedal would loose pressure to where I'd have to pump the pedal to get it to go into anything above 2nd gear!

For clarity, describe what's going on with YOUR car.

thanks. i guess its not the barings then.
its making this kind of ticking or clicking noise when i take my foot of the accelerater and when i floor it.
