yes, it's on a trailer and they can bring it to towns that don't have a dyno.

I dynoed on Werx's Motorplex mobile dyno about two years ago (Mar 01) at 157hp. They are a little low, at least I thought.

It was a Mustang dyno, if that makes a difference. Should I get my money back?

Another story of the "Mustang" dyno being low, I mean 129 hp for a CSVT I don't care if the car had a 129K on the clock, it should put down WAY more than that, hell non-SVT Duratec's are putting down more than that The only other thing I can think of is the Canadian exchange rate, like how it is w/ money...wait if that were true your 129 "Canadian" hp would be even less in American hp, right Just razzin' yah a bit and to make up for it, I'm pulling for the Oilers in the playoffs

Yes, the Mustang dyno loads up the car in a different manner than the Dynojet. And I think that's the reason why the Mustang dyno reads lower than the Dynojet. I think the Mustang dyno requires the car to be at a certain speed, then puts the load on the car, then measures the hp required to keep the speed (I'm not sure, it's just what I believe, someone tell me if I'm wrong). The Dynojet requires the car go through the RPM range at full throttle.
Most shops use the Dynojet here in So. Cal, but I think that Banks uses a Mustang dyno.

Some guy from crowd answered and that's what he went on.
Probably talking about the RPM multiplier. If that isn't right, it can seriously skew readings.

no thats pretty close to what i got, i pulled 127hp with my car. its something to do with the kind of dyno, mustang dyno seems to pull smaller number. something to do with the way it reads hp and something i'm trying to understand.
