Yet again, I have a dilemma. I have a really bad oil leak from the girdle area (connecting rods area) of my engine as well a leak in my valve cover. The dealership that I took my car to does not do that kind of major enginework but told me that I could expect to pay well over a thousand dollars to get it fixed. Soooo, having already spent alot of loot on repairs on this engine, these are my options.

Buy a 2.5V6, swap in an SVT motor, swap in a 3L. I have an automatic so I'm not sure if that voids any of the swaps. Please let me know which would be my best bet.

Also, Does anyone remember the name of that guy that was selling the cougar engine in the classifieds?

thanks alot
Neil
