OP CSVT19 New CEG\'er C Joined: Feb 2003 Posts: 14	My 98 SVT all of a sudden won't start. You can hear the starter motor turning when you turn the key but the engine won't fire. It's been raining so might that be a problem. '98 Black CSVT BAT Filter w/ Inlet Pipe '84 Nissan 300ZX Turbo

If the engine is spinning then you can probably get it started by holding your foot on the gas a little to crack the TB. From what I have found is the IAC will start working after a little bit of it running like this. Good luck.
