Here is the trouble.... when i brake my steering wheel slightly jerks from left to right... dont know what could cause it... just put in new brake pads...

It sounds like the rotors might be slightly warped. If the rotors are not too thin, you can get them resurfaced, otherwise you might need to get a new set.

Does the wheel "shimmy" back and forth, or does the car just pull to one side during braking?
