What years of the Contiques was the Electric Red paint an option? I have an electric red Contour and need to find the rear license plate bracket(bolts are rusted) or find a trunk lid in Electric Red. The reason is I just got new plates and they have to be replaced like yesterday.
If you have anything let me know. TIA

i know that the 96's and 95's are electric red. think there are 97's but im not sure.
however im pretty sure that 95's and 96's came in electric red

i have an electric red 95 and i thought that 95s were the only year that had electric red.

OK, here is what i Know, in 95 there was one red. In 96 two reds, after that I dont know, that is why i am asking.

95 had the electric red and from 96-00 they all used Toreador Red. im pretty sure a 98 svt and myself both had the same paint code, FL.

my 96 had FL paint code as well....
BUT there are two different SHADES of FL, that must be matched by eye....
