OP contours_are_awesome Junior Member C Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 11	its the most annoying thing i have ever had to deal with. every time i shift into third gear it will do it. will some please tell me what it is and how to fix it? Thanks

J-Lab Member J Joined: Jul 2000 Posts: 860 Montreal, Canada	I'm assuming you have a manual transmission. The MTX-75 is a bit quirky like that. Check on the main website for the tranny coctail. It usually alleviates these types of problems, however, it is entirely possible you need to replace the syncros for 2nd and 3rd gear. Old fluid will lead to these types of failures. 2000 SVT #674 - Check it out! Whoever coined the phrase; "If it ain't broke; don't fix it" ~ Just doesn't get it...
