Was wondering if the auto tranny on a I-4 the same as on the V6? And will they swap? shocked


Can't afford a 911 yet!

Contour ATX is the CD4E. I don't think there is a difference between the trannies, but you might want to look closely at the motor connection and make sure the casing and bolt pattern is the same.

Nope,bolt pattern,gearcase,starter position and components are not the same....

Thanks for your help guys, much appreciated. BTW if anyone needs a used ATX for a V6, there's one on e-bay for real cheap.
