I'm sure I will catch a lot of *#@! for this but I ordered a Dodge SRT-4. I just got the call today that it will be arriving in about a week. I'm a straight line performance lover and you can't deny the SRT-4 in that aspect. Mopar is even offering upgrade kits that are covered under the 7yr/70,000 mile warranty!! Of course I'm sure I'll modify the suspension as I did to my SVT. I just finished posting my SVT in the classifieds and I just wanted to thank everyone here for their great advice over the years. This site has been very informative and helpful. I'll miss the Contour but the Dodge is calling my name. Even if it does have a ridiculous cheesy wing.

Hey, for the money in the performance sports compacts, you cannot beat the Neon.
Good choice, and good luck!

i think if you get a body kit and a different wing, then the car would look good, same thing with the new EVO. mistu dealer is across the street from where i work, those are ugly cars. But the srt-4 is FAST, have fun with it but be safe.

I'll probably do that to the SRT as well. Once the kits are released from MOPAR I'm all over them.

Notice how he didn't ONCE call it a 'Neon', but the 'Dodge SRT-4'...I like that.
Something that quick doesn't deserve the Neon name.

I've never liked the Neon since it came out, but I can't deny that Dodge has a good thing going with the SRT-4. Ford should take some good notes.
