check out www.elitefitness.com 's forums much better place to post your question...
I would do a full body routine rather than just one part of the body

Curling strippers while drinking Guinness

Seriously though... The biggest mistake people make is working the arms too much. Chest & Shoulder exercises work the Triceps while Back exercises work the Biceps. If you overwork your arm muscles, you will not see gains elsewhere. A lot of people split their routine into Back+Bi's and Chest+Tri's. This has worked for decades. Do each at most 2 times per week for great results.

Yeah I've been known to do too many preacher curls. I know when I have because the next day, I can't stretch my arms out all the way, or even close to all the way. It's painful. It takes a few days for that to go away too.

I just got a weight bench fer christmas (needed it since I'm no longer in HS and couldn't use those facilities). My regiment is this.

Run (currently trying to get back in shape)
Bench - triceps, pecs
Incline Bench - triceps, mostly pecs
Squat - all leg muscles, cept a few (if running didn't kill my legs)
Preacher Curls - biceps, forearms
Shrugs - trapezius (you can really feel it)
Back Rows - little bit of arms, back (deltoids)
Lat Pulls - latissimus dorsi (if I had the apparatus)

Until I get a few more things in there, that's how it'll be. BTW, I use only freeweights, with everything. I've tried both free weights and machines and the results I got from free weights were 20 fold better than that of machines.

yup thats what i do, also called a 'push-pull' routine.

Monday- Chest and Triceps
Tuesday - Back and biceps
Wednesday - Biceps and triceps
Thurs- Shoulders
Fri - Good ole Legs

On mondays and tuesdays, i only do about 2 exercises and mainly just focus on chest and back since the biceps and triceps are really being worked by doing those anyway. On Wed i do 3 exercises for each.

A few bicep exercises:
Bar curls
Dumbell Curls
Concentration Curls
Preacher Curls (theres a couple machines for this)

Tricep exercises:
Dips
Tricep extensions (theres a couple machines for this)
Skull crushers
tricep kickbacks

Be sure to eat healthy and eats lots of protein. Rule of thumb if your looking to pick up weight: "Eat 1 gram of protein for every lb that you weigh."
