Hello, this is a bit off-topic but others might benefit so here goes. I may be buying a second car soon and I was hoping that those of you in the GTA could recommend some good mechanics that I could take the car to for a thorough inspection and an honest assessment. I'm not sure what I'll be getting yet but it will most likely be a domestic. Thanks in advance!

You could always check out the APA site. I think they have a listing of recommended mechanics.

Gerald I work at an Active Green+Ross in Toronto (I'm not there alot becasue I'm back in school) and the Mechanics at the one I worked were great and they will tell you exactly what needs to be done your car if anything needs to be done. call 416-769-2378 and speak with Terry or Marco, the location is 2639 Dundas Street West, Toronto, tell them that I refered you.

I'd recommend Ziggy at 17 Tupper Ave, Etobicoke. 416-255-6692. I haven't been there in a while but it should still be there. There's also Autobahn in Mississauga which will do honest work.

I didn't realize that NVS worked at this location...I've taken my wife's 99 Corolla there a number of times (we're ALWAYS in Toronto...) and have had pretty good luck with them without suggesting that Aaron "sent" me.

Yeah I worked at the Dundas and Annette St location, If you tokk your wifes car there anytime after October of 2002 then you most likely saw me there and my car was parked always out front until December.

I would have remembered seeing your Mystique - sounds like a really nice looking car.
So, I don't think you were there when I was.
