All the gaskets for a total rebuild of the UIM and lower cost around $60 when I did mine in April of 2002.

about $35-45 depending where you get them all........

I paid $30 for the U/LIM Fel-Pro intake kit and about 6 for the TB and EGR gasket from the dealership........I was able to reuse the other gasket for the sensor on the firewall side. The part numbers are listed in the 3L forum and it's pinned to the top...........

To clean the U/LIM, the best thing I've used is Valvoline Carb Cleaner. Spray it on, let it soak, spray some more and the gunk comes right off.

Also, I wouldn't try to port anything unless you have a measuring caliper. You can get one at Home Depot for like $30. Also, Standard Abrasives sells a porting kit for like $40.

Im gonna tackle this next weekend, and get my ride running strong too, might even try replacing the fuel pump also.
