I've had an Optima Orange istalled for over year now with no problems.

Recently, while changing the oil, I notice that the top of the battery was raised up about 1/4 inch from about the middle (where the lable starts) forward towards the vents.

I coulda sworn that the top of the battery was completely flat.

Would someone please take a look at their Orange and report back?

Thanks!
AL

Checked with Optima - was told that battery top can warp from under hood temps. As long as top is not split or separated from the case there is no real problem.
