I have a simular problem with mine, here goes..... three blinks than two then long pause. I have no horn or cruse control. Who knows.. I think youmade the right choice going to a dealer for problems involving airbags. places like Tirekingdom are good for some stuff but sometimes you have to go to the dealer for the more sensitive items.

An Air bag 4-5 code says:

'LH crash sensor not mounted to vehicle properly'

The recall specifically addresses this problem. The dealer should replace both left and right crash sensors.

Search the forum archives for the recall number.

A 3-2 code is:

'Driver air bag module circuit high resistance or
open.'

This one sounds like the clock-spring - consistent with no horn or cruise.

This was discussed recently. Search the forum archives.

Clock spring is a thin ribbon of wires that is inside your steering column. Those wires connect the airbag firing, and cruise control buttons. Oh, and also the horn.

If you are going to take out your airbag, DISCONNECT THE NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE FOR 20 MINUTES!!!!! Unless you want an airbag in your face. Just wanted to make sure you knew. smile
