I know this is kinda early.. but are the E. Great Lakes Ceg'ers going to drive down/over to Chicago together? Who is planning on going?

I plan on making it to the National meet. It would be great to have a bigass caravan going down there.

yeah, that would be cool to get a group to drive down together. i really want to go and already have the days off, the only thing holding me back is that i don't really know any contour owners and don't really have anyone to go with (except maybe the girlfriend?) not to mention those hotel prices are kinda rough for one person to handle alone. wow, i really sound like a pathetic loner!

Don't know where the meet is exactly but if you stay outside of Chi-town along 94 you can find much cheaper. Dad works in Chi so when I visit I usually stay about an hour outside the city limits. I can find out what places i've stayed in the past if anyone is interested.

It's Aug. 14 - 17th. Now, the Woodward Dream Cruise is August 16th. So, that's a tough decision, but I'm goin to the Dream Cruise.

You can priceline the National CEG hotel, embassysuites and get it for around $30 instead of $105. But you run the risk of getting into a Hilton or Sheraton.
