Has anyone here installed a group size 41 DieHard International battery in their 'tour? It's a little bigger than OE, and the heat wrap won't fit, but I think I did manage to cram one in a customer's 'tour a few years back when it was not listed in the Sears computer. It's 30 bucks cheaper than the 47 (which the computer currently calls for) or the 48 (which is actually closer in size to OE) and it has enough CCA's (650). I think the 47 & 48 are more expensive because they are designed to be installed under the back seat in Audi's & BMW's, thus requiring special vents that are not needed when it's mounted under the hood. Anyway, is it ok to use a 41, or am I better off going to the dealer? My OE battery is about 4 yrs old, and I'm getting kind of nervous, although it still works fine.
