HELL NO. It's the exact opposite. NO DAMPER!
BTW - what plugs???
By your times the car is just laying down on you after 330' Trap speed at the 1/8th is slow.
Shift closer to redline.

if you're just trying to get fast times and not worried about the person next to you, don't worry about your reaction time since it has nothing to do with your times.
your 60' isn't bad. i can't seem to get a 2.2 and my best is 2.3.
somewhere between 60 and the 8th is where you're not as quick. might want to work on your shifts.
fwiw, i ran consistent 15.3's stock with just kn filter in stock box. my first 15.3 slip reads:
60' 2.415 1/8 9.938 1/4 15.381 MPH 88.00

SHO Shop advertises them as double platinum, but the part # indicates that the plugs are actually single platinum. Was this the stage 1 performance package? I still have all six alleged "double platinums" in a drawer collecting dust if you want some more.

K&N intake, sho shop y-pipe, sho-shop cat, underdrive pulleys, platinum plugs, 9mm wires
you running stock rims? I can't see the K&N filter, plugs and wires adding more than 2-3 hp combined. IMO those mods are to make the car run smoother, not faster

One thing to try is to let someone else drive your car and see if they can improve on your time at all. If not, it's car, if so, unfortunately it's driver But I think it might be car. What Octain are you running in that thing? How full is the tank when you ran it? I ran 15.4 in a near stock SE with about 5/8 tank of regular gas, so you should be ok if you ran on mostly full tanks.

Yeah, the plugs are from the stage 1 package. And lately I've been running w/ probably 1/2 of a tank, maybe less. 93 octane by the way. I really don't know how I can run the car any harder than I am, I'm already running the piss out of it, so I don't know what the deal is.

either get a custom chip or a S-AFC or both... the chip will help move the red-line to make the car rev high... and it should remove the the fuel cut off for more topend...

I wouldn't chip it until you put at least the stock crank pulley back on there. I waited until I had a dmd installed before I moved my fuel shutoff. It's your car but without a dmd raising your fuel shutoff is asking for a spun bearing.IMHO.
