Through my work i can get POrsche turbos relativly cheap (between 800 and 1500 dollars) for all porsche aplications.
Is it possible to custom fab one to work with my SVT, or is it a dream best left to someone stupider than me??

And if so whichturbo off of which year car???

If you guys need examples let me know...i can get part numbers for you guys to look up.

Best Regards,
Roz

The Duratec was designed by Porche

The problem with the duratechs is space for the turbos to fit...the 2.5 liter is a faily large engine for the engine bay. My main concern is engine space and reliability...and compatability.

Chances are any kit that would fit would look very similar to the streetflight kits or the vortech kit. No room anywhere else. If you can adapt a porche kit then you shouldn't have any problem doing it yourself.

wtf?

It'll take a long time to pull the turbo off a 911 Carrera 4... Really long. Maybe even forever.

Yea, why would i need to pull it off. Like i said in my first post, where i work i can buy porsche turbos (brand new) for 800 to 1500 bucks. I love being a wholeseller...i get things from germany really cheap...n-e-ways, my whole question is which posche turbo(if any) would be good to try an experiment on seeing if it would fit the svt 2.5 liter. What size wuld the inlet/outlet have to be and what modifications to the fuel management system would i ahve to make to corrspond with the added bost. Chip, larger fuel injectors i already know about...my main goal is to make it fit...then worry about everything else after that. And no, im not going to be driving it till after it has all been completed....Who in there right minds would drive a tubro car that has not been properly configued to the turbo????
