Still missing and lugging really bad on acceleration. If replaced plug wires, a crack wire set on the #1 injector and now the fuel pump!

I do know mechanic that knows these cars.

It is obviously a sensor or something that got wet when the hose broke. It's just too GD much of a coincidence! I had just driven the car 40 miles and it drove fine all the way until the hose broke just as I pulled in the parking lot. It wasn't missing before, so something happened. Nothing got pulled loose when I replaced the hose either... as far as I can tell.

Any ideas would be welcome.

To see if it's an ignition related problem, try pulling one spark plug wire at a time. Each time you disconnect a plug the engine should run rough but still stay running. Each plug wire should have about the same effect. If you find one that doesn't make a difference, that cylinder is not doing anything. If you cant keep the car running with 1 wire disconnected, theres more than the disconnected plug/cylinder that's not working.

Oh, and you should be able to jump a sparc to ground from each plug wire when you have it disconnected.

How about a wet air filter???
