Hey Gang,

Over 2 weeks ago I ordered all my suspension parts from BAT. They called me back an hour later saying they were out of the struts and it would be a week. Well they got the fronts but still waiting on the back. Now I see some of you have a problem getting the rear st200 struts as well. Does the bat kit use the same struts in the rear? Or is it possible they think I ordered the wrong set. If anyone else is waiting rear BAT Kit struts let me know.

Struts are not the same.

Worried you ordered the wrong thing? Call BAT to make sure.

The one thing about BAT is that when they are out of something, it's out of their hands as to when they will get it in. They are at the mercy of their supplier. I've had slow service from them when they were out of something, and really fast service when they had it in stock.

Hey Thanks RogerB,

I actually just got off the phone with them and confirmed part numbers for like the third time. So I asked him, if they were the same. Said nope not in the least just happened to be out at the same time. But did give some good news. Said the computer showed my order in the shipping dept. so they got them in finally and I should be getting a tracking # late tonight. If not call back in the morning to get it.

Puts me to ease, all the posts were scaring me that maybe there was more to this rear strut prob then it looked.

I called them Driday, they said it will be a 2-3 week wait on the struts, and I think there are a couple of us waiting.

You ordered the Bat Kit right not the st200 struts. If that's the case. Drop them a line. Might be I had my order in first. That's the only way I can think they'd be shipping mine but saying yours will take 2-3weeks.

WHOO HOOO! Parts will be here Monday and installed Tuesday.. Can't wait. I must say it was a pain with the backorder but BAT did everything expected. Called me an Hour after I placed the order, told me to call back in a week on Tuesday. Called they did get the shipment but it didn't have the rear struts, and they didn't know where they were. Honesity is what I like. Had no probs adding my email to there UPS software so I'd know when it shipped AND put up with me adding parts twice and calling everyday to see if they got them.

Yeah backorders suck but Bat did more than I'm use to with part suppliers.

Now to get these bad boys on,

No, just the struts, but from what this posts says, it's the same problem, they were waiting on the rear struts. I decided to go Eibachs for springs.

Hmmm... When you place your order? Mine was hmmmm [censored] it's been 3 weeks. Feb. 17th it looks. I'd give them a buzz and see if they shipped yours today. If you did give them an email address you should get your tracking number already. Mine came at 6:30 EST.

I'll call 'em tomorrow. I just walked in the door and noticed my fog lights that I ordered from them are here.
Now waiting for an E-mail from bill about the switch and relay.
