AN even slicker method of bleeding the brakes is this:
Go to the dealer (or junkyard if you can find a 'Tour there) and obtain a "spare" MAster Cylinder Cap. Now get an air quick disconnect fitting. Drill a hole just smaller than the threads of the air fitting in the top of the master cylinder cap. Now screw the air fitting in the hole, and put some JB weld or something similar around the exposed threads. Us a turkey baster or something similar to get as much of the old fluid out of hte master cylinder, and top it off with new (I like the Performance Friction Z-rated from Autozone) fluid. Now screw on the modified master cylinder cap, and hook it up to your air compressor, make sure and keep the line pressure regulated below 10 psi, i prefer 5-8 psi. Now go to the first wheel, slip your bleeder wrench on and a hose onto the nipple, and the other end of the hose into a container. Now open the bleeder and watch the air pressure bleed the brakes for you. Just make sure to keep the fluid level up in the reservoir, and this system is painless, and quite effective. No helper needed, and no pumping by hand. You won't believe how hard this will make the pedal feel. ANd you only need to bleed each wheel until you see the new fluid coming out. Hope this helps.
