DONT SELL THE CORRADO. That's the best VW ever made IMHO. I love the look of those cars, and they are rare as hell. (I wish VW would bring it back ) I would say to you to get a 1.8T engine from a wrecked VW golf or Jetta and have someone put that into your Corrado. Man if I had the money I would buy your Corrado off you! http://www.adrenalinmotorsport.com/Projects/corrado/corrado_home.htmI rest my case!!!

Ahhhhh! I'm so confused guys, some people say keep the corrado, some say get the 300ZX TT! I love the corrado for the rareness, but still its not fast! but its still one damn nice car! But the Z is faster, and feels nice to drive.. and it just seem's when im driving the z, i'll feel like I have the fastest car in town... But I'm already in love with my corrado, But I feel I will like the 300 ZX more.. this is such a pain!!

The 300ZX is a real sweetie, but repair costs grow exponentially with Turbos, justifiably or not. Nissan parts are also expensive (they wanted $600 for a catalytic converter on my 85 300zx).
That said, I would sell the Corrado privately (the market is good for those) and buy the 300. You only go around once, might as well do it in a really cool car. Also, since you are getting a bit of a deal, you will be able to get a considerable amount back on your initial investment.
By the way, twinturbo.net is a good site for info if you need it. Cheers and good luck!

GET A COMPRESSION CHECK DONE Before you buy it, seriously, and tell the mechanic to pay special attn to the #6 cylinder, if the compression isnt close to perfect dont touch it.

my buddy had one with about 600whp...but he flipped it a little more than a month ago and died. hey, it's a great car though. i've spent many nights with my hands jammed down deep in the tight engine bay...i warn you though, if you get the z, you won't spend any more money on your contour.

Well, I went back to the dealership.. and when they saw my Corrado, the sales man seemed all the sudden VERY interested.... and offered me $10,000 Trade-in.. so I told him to give me one more day! Drove the corrado around for a bit and became more of a VW Fan... I heard that Corrado's have tons of electrical problems tough! When I drove the 300 ZX me and my dad both noticed, its alot more fun to drive the corrado, even tough RWD can be a blast as well, but when you punch it on the 300 ZX after about 2700 RPM wow!! it kicks in soo nicely!! but I think I have made my decision.. I am going to keep the corrado! you just don't see them! I'm going to buy a EIP Turbo Kit for it.. I think thats the correct company who makes it! thanks for all you'r comments guys, this is what makes CEG... well uuhmmm CEG!!
