The car info:
98.5 svt contour, 76000 miles, motorsport wires, ford plugs, and a brand new coil.

My attempt to describe problem:
I really can't describe the problem that well but i'll try.
The car will start, but it sounds terrible alot deeper than usual, it doesn't rev nearly as fast but will rev throughout the entire rpm band, and it smeels like it's running really rich.(ignition coil b primary/secondary circuit) is what the book tells me p0352 means.

When problem began:
Last night I wanted to pop my chip back and see if I could tell a any difference. So I removed the pcm and made sure the contacts were clean and reinstalled everything, but when I started the car the problem "listed above" began.

What I've done so far:
new coil (didn't work)
switched back to spark plug wires that i know are good.
checked all plugs and regapped them

the only other thing I've read to do for this dtc code is to have the pcm reprogramed?
I really need some guys, thx!!

I had an S-10 that had a similar problem. I did everything including the fuel pump, and it turned out to be the computer. The funny thing is that it never threw any codes. May not be much help since it was a Chevy, but it did have similar problems.

i was reading the archives is there anyway that my problem could have something to do with the harness that connects to the coil pack? Is there any way to test the pcm without having to take the car to ford.
