okay... i thought there was a vaccum leak because of the fact that it is whistling REEEEAL loud... but now i see somthing, the spot where it sounds like its coming from is a fuel injector.. right under the TB, and its wet... more like soaked. could a fuel injector be making this sound and making my car not run???

any hep is help all the same.

The PCV valve and it's vacuum hose are under the throttle body. The hose goes to a nipple under the UIM just behind the throttle body. This hose has a habit of collapsing.
