Correct me if I am wrong or am I just seeing things, but aren't those the same rims from the pictures above?
As for your drop, or your disappointment in the lack there-of, you will most likely have to go with something like Koni's, BAT Euro struts or coilovers (like I said before, but I would not put coilovers on ST200's).
I know that I have said over and over that struts have nothing to do with ride height, but if you go with a shorter strut it will cause you to compress the spring. In your application, it seems the springs needs to be compressed a good deal.
I checked the H&R website and they state that you should use "sport struts" for this application. Based on how your drop turned out, it is for more then just because of strut life!
So! That leds us to this question...
"Why do guys with the Roush CougarSVT springs get a drop and I didn't?"
I will go out on a limb and go ahead with an answer to this.
"Because the Roush springs where made for SVT style struts (basically stock). Remember that the Roush springs were not designed for slamming the car, dropping it slightly." That is the only answer I can come up with as to why you did not get the drop you where expecting.

Unless the springs were used, it should settle.

Same wheels, different size tires. I think he went from a 40 to 45, making the tire look larger.

Thats EXACTLY what i did , i went from 40's to 45's ......
Im disappointed cause #1, when i got it the car WOW it just felt so much taller "GRRR" #2 taking the corners now, feels SLOPPY almost like my stock struts, I cant belive how much of a differece there was between the 40's and 45's .......I need to figure out a way to get around this situation , casue a car with H&R st 200's and 17 " rims with 45's SUCK ...look like crap , rides like crap and just feels too high ........
if i knew the 45's were going to be like this i would NOT have got them thats for sure . Right now i feel as if i never changed my springs or struts ....100% UNHAPPY today .

You're gonna get another 1/2 inch drop in the next few weeks as they settle. It'll look good.

Citation man, it looks fine, the wheel gap was minimized greatly from the last pics I've seen of the car.

by the way if you want all out performance get the H/R's not the Eibachs, Eibachs are sooooo much softer.

I agree! The car does not look as bad as you think. Sure, it is not slammed, but it is not exactly a 4X4 as you stated earlier in the other post. Stop being so hard on the thing. Sometimes things don't turn out exactly the way we wanted. That is just part of modding. Sometimes!
