okay... fist it stalled, then again...and again.... and then i started to hear a noise..i thought it was metal scraping, so i checked the oil... said i had NONE! so i put in 5 qts, then checked,...it now said i had DOUBLE the level...
when i start the car now, i figued out that its more of a whistle than a scrape.. but SUUUUUPER high pitched and it dsounds like its coming below the TB, the idle is REAL ROUGH...it sounds like a truck. and it stalls and shakes and makes even weirder noises when i try to drive it.... can anyone help????? post back or my AIM= Forhomes21
thanks- Paul

What engine do you have? Year? Mileage?
If it's a V6, the hose connecting the intake manifold to the PCV valve may have collapsed. Extra un-metered air entering the engine will make it run rough.

Normally the only time the oil goes missing is if it can not drain back into the pan. Do not run it with the extra oil in there. Has the oil light come on?
Look in the oil filler cap hole to see if valvetrain looks clean or covered in sludge. Check the hose to the PCV valve. It's hard to get to without taking off the intake tube and MAF.
This engine has two PCV fresh air hoses so unless someone changed that the crankcase should not be under vacuum. Just to be sure run it with the oil cap off. Put you hand over the hole to see if there is any suction. There should not be.
If it takes several minutes for the oil to drain to the pan after the engine is shut off, the drain galleries may be blocked. The valve covers must be taken off to clean them.

Your optimized TB may be optimized too much !
Wouldn't be the first!
Check the butterfly to make sure it's not loose! No air should leak around it when closed either.
That doesn't explain the oil.

okay... went over some things. i had too much oil, so i solved that by draining a ton. next, the car continues to whistle.. VERRRRRRY high pitched sounds like it is somwhere neer where the UIM conects to the TB, but i am not 100%. next thing is that it trys to idle at 750 but if i rev it, it drops and stalls. lastly, it will now not run at all with the S-AFC connected, it cant idle at all and stalls instantly. -Paul p.s- i dont think its the TB, i have had this for quite some time now and it never whistled before.

Just because something has been working does not mean it will not fail.
Check everything! Inspect things closely, as if you have not seen them before.
The TB plate screws can come loose. What did you plug the IMRC shaft holes with? Could a leak be forming there? Did you check the PCV hose? It's right under the TB.
