OP custom99se Junior Member C Joined: Jun 2001 Posts: 20 neosho missouri	when i hit red line or close to my battery light comes on not really sure why it only does it sometimes. i don't think my under car neons and neon rope should cause this cause it does it with lights on or off. please help

jaxter Member J Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 162	How's the belt? Bet it's slipping, esp if you top-end the motor a lot. 98 CSVT, basic mod's, my slowest car yet but still faster than the wife's Talon Tsi AWD. Not by much, though. Now if I could get the back wheels to do something....

dealer502 Member D Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 291 pasadena,TEXAS,is there anywhe...	start calling around for a replacement alt. because yours is heading south. see if you can locate a locale rebuild shop that can give one day service because they can repair your own alternator for about half the price of one from a parts house. :p
