What you are seeing is oil mixed with water likely from condensation , this is introduced from the pcv system. You need to change your oil more frequently in the winter to prevent this water build up. This condition is more common in the winter when temps are lower and maybe short duration trips where the vehicle has not gotten up to operating temps to burn water vapour off.
