I'm putting on a set of Roush Springs with New SVT Struts. I'm not going with bat because two of my buddies have bat setups in their SVT and Normal 2.5L and they hate it because it rides like **** after 2 years. Bat is only good for a few years after that its time for a new setup(Thats What I Heard). Anyways if anyone has The Roush springs please fill me in on the ride quality. Thanks!

I put some Roush spring on my SVT using the original struts last August. I was somewhere around 40K on the struts then, now about to hit 49K. They are noticably stiffer than the stock springs, but all the body roll and nose dive are long gone.

Rough roads are a little bumpier. Uneven pavement (asphault road to concrete overpasses) is jarring, but tolerable.

If I had it to do all over again, I definitely would. My struts seems fine except with 4 people in the car it gets a little bouncy, but with just me (95% of my driving) no problems at all. I have a new set of ST200 struts I bought when BAT had them for $150, but see no reason to put them on yet.

Keep in mind though, determining if ride quality is too stiff is really quite subjective. One person would think it's fine and another person will hate it - so pick your passengers carefully.

I have no problems with ride quality. Its definately firm, but nothing too bad. I like it.

ST200/Roush install thread

I started this the day after I installed mine. I wanted it to be a sort of running log for those of use that have this set-up.

when I first put mine in, I thought it was almost identical to stock feel, but now that they've been in for over 1000 miles, I think they are a bit rougher than stock, still remarkably smooth for a 1.5-1.75" drop.
