i have a 98 se sport, with factory tape deck in it, and i bought a Kenwood Mask CD player. Do i need to do anything special to install this? i was looking at my wiring harness and the plugs in the back of the stereo and there is a grey wire that connects to the back of the stock stereo, but no place to put it on the kenwood, or on the wiring harness! if someone has had this problem before, or knows what it is, please let me know ASAP, or even if someone knows where i can get a wiring diagram for this!! the radio is driving me crazy! repetetive songs!! thx -JasonJ

You need the other part of the wiring harness that connects to the Ford adapter. Go to a car audio store and tell them what kind of car you have and they should be able to hook you up. Shouldnt cost more then $10 or $15. If you had a premium audio system you might also want to consider bypassing the stock amplifier, your system will sound much better if you do. Some audio stores sell the bypass, but you can definately pick it up at www.crutchfield.com.

Besides the wiring harness, make sure to firmly secure the back of the head unit, this will prevent it form skipping
