98.5 is what I think. Reason: those door ding guards are not a 98 style, the clock as you mentioned, the dash still has that piece that runs along the defrost and front windshield where the 99 (I think doesnt), but I know for sure '00 doesnt have it, and also the power antenna does not have a chrome piece (I think only early 98's had). I do think the car would be pimp if it didn't have the graphics, except for that badass eyebrow banner. The thing is I think the graphics are painted on for how glossy they look. Other than that it's a sharp clean car.
