HEllo all,

I'm having issues with my system. Here we go... Left channel intermittantly cuts out on me. I know it is somewhere between the HU and my EQ. Switched the l and r RCA's andn still a problem. EQ (PG 232) has input and clip indicator lighting and is showing that when the left channel cuts out, there is no input. Also the weird thing is when the left channel cuts out, if I turn the volume up to 3/4 max on the HU the left channel comes back in full strength?? Any Ideas fellas?? I'm thinking a bad solder connection in the EQ. I have not bypassed the eq yet ( I know I should but It is soo cold outside) but will be trying this soon. I'm lazy man, THis shiznit has been goin on for like 10 months

thanks for any help,

CHris S

Holy SHIZ!!! Mine is the exact same WAY!!

I am listening to it, then it cuts to either nothing, or BARELY audible volume.. I crank the volume up to about 3/4 or so, and it pops back on.. THEN its blaring, and I gotta turn it down.. a little while later, it cuts off again... //repeat//

I have no idea what it is, but I am getting SOOOOO friggin' annoyed..

I am running a Sony 680 HU, no EQ, no amp... just the four indoor Blaupunkt 3ways

(HAD A great system.. but would rather hear my engine...)
I guess I am awaiting this man's answer, too..
