Saw a black, pre 98 on the 400 this afternoon. Sorry I didn't hang with you at speed. I'm not too confident of my winter tires over 160 km/hr. The exhaust sounded sweet and the car looked nice Supprised you recognized my car was a tour...It's so dirty I barely do

Driving at excessive speed on public roads is frowned upon in these forums. I would ask that you refrain from doing so for both your safety and the safety of those around you. Let the flaming begin.

And of course the cars that were around you were no doubt going around the same speed making you think you were only going 100kms. We understand. Personally I'm not going to lie and say I always drive the speed limit. I will say though that in the winter I don't tend to test the limits of my car.

WHAT!? You can't be serious. 160kmph isn't even what I would call fast. That's like my average speed when I drive on the highway.

Well said.
Failing to have an operating, calibrated device to measure vehicle speed is an offence under the Highway Traffic Act. You are not oblidged to have the device calibrated after installation.
Admitting to driving that fast is enough for a ticket. Of course, 60 over is a summons, not a ticket. Talk about it at the bar, not here.
