Which pully? The one on the end of the WP is a press fit, and doesn't come off.

It's the pulley that's attached to the CAM on the LH.

For what it is worth...

"13. Using Crankshaft Damper Replacer T74P-6316-B and Water Pump Pulley Remover/Replacer with shaft protector and screws T94P-6312-AH or equivalent, remove water pump drive pulley from LH intake camshaft (6250).

the picture is vauge. is there a groove around the hub that is pressed onto the shaft? If so you need the special pulley remover/ install set that uses a split grooved washer. About $25 from harbour freight. $50 us made. These pull only on the hub and not anywhere on the pulley rim area.

Forgot to add...once you have the pulley pressed back on and the engine completley timed. go aherad and paint the pulley with a small mark to locate time without having to get down and check the crankshaft marks. This will save time if you ever have to reset engine to tdc before opening it up. just bump the starter until the painted mark is close. then final position with a wrench.
